Estudio de contenido
You do not have a writing problem. You have a pipeline problem.
Most businesses can write one good post. What they cannot do is find the next idea, write it in a consistent voice, check it before it goes out, and get it onto every channel — every week, without it eating a whole day. Content Studio is that line, built as five stations you can watch work.
The line
One idea, all the way to every channel
Each station hands something specific to the next one. Nothing skips ahead, and nothing gets lost between two tools that do not talk to each other.
Cómo está organizado
Five stations, one question each
If you can answer all five for a piece of content, it ships. Most content stalls because nobody owns one of them.
Captar
Where does the next idea come from?
Ideas arrive from trends, from a video you already recorded, from a competitor page, from a plan you wrote last month. All of them land in one place.
Decide
Which of these is worth writing?
A shortlist you can rank, park or archive — so the pipeline has a queue instead of a blank page every Monday.
Write
Does it sound like us, or like a robot?
Drafting is grounded in facts you verified about your own business, and in a voice profile you defined once.
Verificar
Is this actually good enough to publish?
Three independent gates — reads-as-human, search-ready, and no claim you cannot back up — before anything goes out.
Ship
How do I get it everywhere without doing it five times?
Publish to your own site once, then fan the same piece out to every connected network on a schedule.
The rule that holds it together
Every article can tell you where it came from
Ideas enter from a lot of doors — a trend, a video, a link, a plan, a template, or your own head. They all become the same thing first: a topic. Nothing gets written that skipped that step, which is why six months from now you can still answer “why did we publish this?”
A real trail
The topic also closes itself. Once an article is saved from it, it flips from new to used — so your queue always shows what is still unwritten instead of the same twenty ideas forever.
Las herramientas
Qué responde realmente cada una
Trend research
What is my market talking about this week?
Scans Reddit, Google Trends, Hacker News, YouTube, GitHub, Product Hunt, news and more — thirteen sources in all — and ranks what it finds by Signal Score instead of dumping a feed on you.
AbrirYouTube Studio
Can I reuse the video I already made?
Paste a video URL and get a blog article built from what you actually said. Point it at a playlist and every new upload converts on its own.
AbrirImport from a URL
I saw something worth responding to.
Drop in a link or paste raw text and it becomes a topic with the source kept attached, so you never lose where an idea came from.
AbrirPlanificador de contenido
What am I posting for the next three weeks?
One campaign brief becomes a dated plan. Those dates then show up underneath your real scheduled posts on the publishing calendar.
Opens from the AI Studio card on your dashboard.
AbrirBiblioteca de temas
What is in the queue, and what did we already do?
Every idea, whatever it came from, becomes a topic that is new, used or archived. One button sends a topic to the writer with its context prefilled.
AbrirPlantillas
Do I have to start from nothing every time?
Reusable campaign structures that hand off into the writer, an email, a landing page or an automation depending on what the template is for.
AbrirContent Writer
Who writes the actual words?
Short-form copy in ten flavours — review requests, coupon messages, booking reminders, follow-ups — plus full long-form articles that generate in the background while you do something else.
AbrirKnowledge Hub
How does it know anything true about my business?
You verify facts once — services, service area, positioning, evidence — and every tool downstream writes from them. This is the difference between AI that knows you and AI that guesses.
AbrirBrand voice
Why does everything AI writes sound the same?
An archetype, tone words and phrases to avoid — taught from your own examples. Four guardrails stay on by default, covering awards, client counts, guaranteed outcomes and pricing promises.
AbrirCrecimiento en Xiaohongshu
What about the platforms that play by their own rules?
A dedicated workbench for profile positioning, topic plans, title tuning, comment replies and conversion paths — because a translated LinkedIn post does not work there.
AbrirPuntuación humana
Will this read as machine-written?
Scores the draft out of 100 and, if it falls short, rewrites and re-scores it. The pass mark and the retry limit are yours to set.
SEO panel
Is this findable once it is live?
Title, description, keywords, social preview and robots rules in one panel, with a health score that recalculates as you type rather than after you save.
AbrirClaim checking
Did the AI just invent an award we never won?
Generated copy is compared against your verified facts. Anything it cannot support is raised for review — flagged, not silently deleted.
Pre-publish review
Is the hook weak?
A quality pass on a draft before it goes out, aimed at soft openings and missing calls to action rather than spelling.
Opens from the AI Studio card on your dashboard.
Artículos del blog
Where does the long-form actually live?
On your own site, on your own domain, in your own sitemap — with an optional draft, review and approve workflow if more than one person is involved.
AbrirCanales
What can I connect?
Eleven networks including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram and Discord.
AbrirPublishing calendar
What is going out, and when?
A month grid in your own timezone showing everything scheduled, everything published, and your planned ideas underneath.
AbrirMejor hora
When should this go out?
Posting windows worked out from what your own channels have actually done, not from a generic industry chart.
Opens from the AI Studio card on your dashboard.
Publicación con AI
Can this run without me?
A pool of prompts times a set of accounts times a schedule. It drafts, queues and paces the posts; you keep the pause button.
AbrirReutilizar
How do I get ten posts out of one article?
One long source becomes captions, calls to action and short-form copy. The obvious next step once something has performed well.
Opens from the AI Studio card on your dashboard.
AbrirTool links open the workspace and will ask you to sign in first. What you can reach depends on your plan.
Before anything goes out
Three gates, and none of them can be waved through by the other two
A post can read beautifully and be invisible to search. It can be perfectly optimised and claim an award you never won. Rolling these into one score is how bad content gets published with a green tick next to it.
Reads as human
Pass mark 75 / 100
Below your threshold, the draft is rewritten and scored again — up to a retry limit you set, so it cannot loop forever burning credits.
Search ready
Live health score
Computed from the form in front of you rather than the saved record, so you are fixing the draft rather than auditing history.
Nothing invented
4 guardrails on by default
No fabricated awards, no unverifiable client counts, no guaranteed outcomes, no pricing promises you did not make.
Flagged, never silently rewritten
When a claim cannot be supported by your verified facts, the post is still created and the claim is raised for you to look at. Quietly deleting a sentence would teach you to trust output you have not read — which is the opposite of what a guardrail is for.
Distribution
Write once, land everywhere
The article lives on your own site — that is the asset you keep. Everything else is a pointer back to it, scheduled per network and checked against what each network will actually accept.
It checks before it saves
Every account is tested against what that network permits first. If one of them will reject the post, you are told before anything is queued — not after four of five went out.
You can pull it back
Distribution that has not gone out yet can be retracted in one action, and a failed post can be retried without rebuilding it.
Approval, if you want it
Send to review instead of straight to the queue, and a teammate signs it off. Solo operators can turn the whole step off.
While you are doing something else
Three things that keep running
Automation here is deliberately boring: it repeats a step you have already watched work by hand, and every one of them has a brake.
Ejecuciones de escritura automática
Pick days and times, point it at your topic queue, and articles get drafted on that rhythm. Publishing stays optional.
Runs from the queue you approved — it never invents a topic you never saw.
Monitores de listas de reproducción
Watch a YouTube playlist. Every new upload becomes a draft article without anyone pasting a link.
Already-converted videos are skipped, so nothing is written twice.
Scheduled posting
Approved posts leave on their own schedule, in your timezone, retrying the ones that fail.
Anything still scheduled can be cancelled or pulled back before it goes.
Primeros pasos
Build the foundation before you build the volume
The order matters more than the speed. Every step produces something the next step needs — and the first two involve no writing at all.
Primeros 30 minutos
Connect and tell it who you are
- Connect the two or three channels you actually use
- Fill in the business profile — services and service area included
- Verify a handful of facts in the Knowledge Hub
Skip this and every draft afterwards is a polite generic article about your industry. Facts are what make it about your business.
Day one
Define the voice once
- Paste two or three things you have written that sound right
- Set the phrases you never want to see
- Leave the four claim guardrails on
This is the single highest-leverage twenty minutes here. It applies to every tool afterwards, including the automated ones.
Primera semana
Take one topic all the way through
- Fill the topic queue — trend research, a video, or by hand
- Send one topic to the writer and let it draft
- Run the three checks, then publish and distribute it
One piece end to end teaches you more than reading about the pipeline. It also proves the plumbing works before you automate it.
En adelante
Let the line run
- Turn on an auto-writing run for a rhythm you can sustain
- Repurpose whatever performed into short-form
- Keep the queue topped up as trends surface
Automate the step you have already done by hand. Automating a step you have never watched is how you end up publishing something you regret.
Sin sorpresas
What it costs, and what it will not do
Generation runs on credits
Every tool shows the cost before you spend it, and your remaining balance sits on the dashboard. These are the defaults — your plan or your administrator may set them differently.
| Acción | Predeterminado |
|---|---|
| Short-form copy, a caption, a repurpose | 1 |
| A long-form article | 2 |
| An SEO pass or a human-score check | 1 |
| Turning a YouTube video into an article | 2 |
| Generated SEO metadata | 1 |
| Trend research and topic discovery | 1 |
Lo que esto no hace
| No incluido | Por qué |
|---|---|
| Publishing without your say-so | Automation drafts and queues. Turning on auto-publish is a switch you flick knowingly, not a default. |
| Guaranteed rankings or reach | We can make a piece findable and consistent. What a search engine or a feed does with it is not ours to promise. |
| Facts we invented for you | The knowledge base holds what you verified. An empty knowledge base produces generic copy, and that is the honest outcome rather than a confident fabrication. |
| Channels you have not connected | Networks are reached through their own official connections, so each one has to be authorised by you first. |
Start with one topic, end to end
Connect a channel, verify a few facts, take one idea all the way to a published post. That is an afternoon, and it is enough to see whether the line runs.
