Media Studio

The words are usually ready first. It is the picture that holds up the post.

Every channel wants a different shape, every post wants something new, and a photo shoot is not happening this week. Media Studio makes the images and short video you need — and then, more importantly, keeps them somewhere the rest of your workspace can reach without you moving a single file.

The shape of it

This is a library that fills itself

The generator is the part people notice. The part that saves you the afternoon is that everything lands in one library, and every other tool in the workspace already knows how to reach into it.

Making things

Four ways to generate, one variable that matters

Whether you attach one of your own images is the decision that changes the result most. Everything else is a setting.

Just a description
Description + your image
Image out

Text to Image

3 credits

Describe it and get it. The everyday case: a hero shot, a background, a product scene you never photographed.

Image to Image

3 credits

Attach up to three of your own images and transform them — restyle a real product photo instead of inventing a fake one.

Video out

Text to Video

from 8 credits

A short clip from a written brief. Vertical, landscape or square, built for a feed rather than a cinema.

Image to Video

from 8 credits

Give it a still as the first frame and it animates from there — the reliable way to keep your actual product on screen.

Eight styles, six shapes

Product, lifestyle, editorial, minimal, cinematic, photorealistic, illustration and social — in square, portrait, landscape and the vertical shape a phone feed wants.

A prompt library, not a blank box

Searchable prompts and quick starters you can apply and then adjust. Your own history is one click away too, so a brief that worked is never lost.

Keep working while it renders

Longer jobs run in the background and ring the notification bell when they finish. Video especially — you are not meant to sit and watch it.

The one number to understand

Video is billed by the second, so test short

Length scales the cost proportionally. That is not a gotcha — it is the reason to get your brief right at the shortest setting before you ever ask for the long one.

8 4s base rate 16 8s twice the base 24 12s three times the base Credits per clip

Defaults shown. The longest clip your workspace can request, and the price of every action, are set by your plan and your administrator.

The library

Where everything lives

Generated assets and things you made elsewhere sit side by side. There is no separate AI folder, because after a month you will not remember which was which and it will not matter.

Folders and search

Folders, categories for images, video, documents and the rest, plus search across name, type and extension. A library you cannot find things in is a junk drawer.

Storage you can see

A running meter of what you have used, broken down by category, against your plan allowance — so running out is never a surprise.

Stock search built in

Search free stock photo and video libraries from inside the workspace and send the picks straight into Files. Nothing to download and re-upload.

Open it

Bring what you already have

Upload directly, pull from a URL, or import from Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive. Your existing assets belong in the same place as the new ones.

Open Files

Editing

Most fixes are a crop, not a regeneration

An editor runs right in the browser on any image in your library — whether it came from the generator, your camera or a stock search. It costs nothing to use, which is the point: regenerating to fix a crop is the most common way to waste credits.

Adjust

Brightness, contrast, saturation, grayscale, sepia, blur.

Filters

Ten presets, plus your own combinations saved and named for reuse.

Transform

Rotate, flip, and crop by hand to whatever a given placement needs.

Text

Text layers you can duplicate and reorder front to back.

Watermark

Drop your mark on it before it goes anywhere public.

Undo and redo

The whole stack, with a single reset back to the untouched original.

It never overwrites the original

Saving an edit creates a new file next to the old one. That is deliberate: the version already published somewhere must not change under you because someone cropped it for a different placement six weeks later.

The other way in

Or just ask for it in the conversation

Inside a business workspace, the same engine is available in the chat itself. It suits the way visual work actually goes — you rarely get it first time, and you describe the fix in words.

01

Describe it in the chat

No separate tool, no separate tab. You ask for a visual the same way you ask for anything else.

02

It answers with the image

The result comes back as a message in the thread, already saved to your library.

03

“Like that, but…”

Reuse the result as the reference for the next attempt. That one action is the whole iteration loop.

04

Keep the good one

Save it to that business's knowledge base so the asset stays attached to the business it was made for.

Assets stay attached to the business

Anything designed inside a business room is tagged to that business, so each one builds its own gallery over time. If you run several businesses, their visuals never end up in one undifferentiated pile.

Open it

Putting them to work

The picker is the same everywhere

Wherever the workspace needs an image, it opens your library rather than a file dialog. Learn it once and it works the same in all of these.

WhereWhat it uses the asset for
Social postsAttach images when composing, and they travel with the post to every network you scheduled it on.
Blog articlesCover images — either generated on demand, or imported free from a video you converted.
Landing pagesHero and section imagery, picked from the same library instead of a separate upload each time.
Business profileLogo and profile visuals that then flow onward into your microsite and share previews.
Your micrositePage imagery on the site the platform builds for you.

A free cover, before you spend anything

When you turn a video into an article, its existing thumbnail is imported as the cover at no cost. Generating one with AI is there if you want something better — but you are never charged for an image you already had.

Getting started

An hour, and one habit worth forming

The tool is easy. Using it economically is the part worth learning, and it comes down to two things: transform what is real, and test short.

First 10 minutes

Make one image and find it again

  • Write one plain description — a scene, not a list of adjectives
  • Pick a shape that matches where it is going
  • Open Files and confirm it saved itself there

The point of the first run is not the image. It is seeing that you never have to download and re-upload anything.

Same session

Transform something real

  • Upload an actual photo of your product or premises
  • Attach it as a reference and describe the change you want
  • Compare it against the version generated from nothing

Generated-from-nothing images look like stock. Transformed real ones look like you. For most local businesses that difference is the whole game.

Before you spend on video

Start at the shortest length

  • Test your brief at the shortest duration first
  • Only go longer once the short one looks right
  • Use a still you already like as the first frame

Length is billed proportionally, so a twelve-second experiment costs three times what a four-second one does. Get the idea right cheaply.

Ongoing

Treat the library as the asset

  • Edit rather than regenerate when the change is a crop or a caption
  • Reuse one strong image across a post, a cover and a page
  • Keep folders per business or per campaign

Editing costs nothing and regenerating costs credits. Most of the time what you want is a variant of something you already have.

No surprises

What this does not do

This is a working studio for marketing assets, not a replacement for a design department. The boundaries are worth knowing before you plan around it.

Not includedWhat to do instead
Upscaling, background removal and object erasing There is no retouching pass here. Generate at the shape you need, and use the adjust, crop and filter tools for the rest.
Editing in place Every save is a new file. Delete the one you do not want — but do it knowingly, rather than discovering a published image changed itself.
Reliable text inside images Generators are still poor at rendering words. Generate the picture clean, then add the wording as a text layer in the editor, where it stays sharp and spelled correctly.
Choosing the engine yourself Which model runs behind each mode is configured for the workspace, so results stay consistent across your team rather than varying per person.
Instant video Clips take a while to render. The job runs in the background and rings the bell, so start it and go do something else.

Make one image and see where it lands

One description, one generation, then open Files and find it waiting. That is the whole idea, and it takes about ten minutes to believe.
